Behind Allure Boutique

My name is Megan Tillard, I’m the owner of Allure Boutique located in Douglas, Wyoming. I’m a ranch wife and mother to 3 active kiddos and a lover of fashion and home decor. I opened Allure in 2011 to fulfill a need in our local community for fashionable, quality women’s clothing and also to have a flexible schedule doing something that I love. Allure was very small at first with a humble beginning but it quickly became successful and grew to include clothing for little girls, plus sizes, gifts, home decor, and craft supplies. I like to think of it as the one stop shop for style!
Wyoming is home to very real, hardworking, versatile women. The styles at Allure represent that. We have everything from western inspired clothing, comfortable and functional enough for the hardworking western woman to styles that are on trend, affordable and great for the young mom on date night. It’s our mission at Allure to make every woman, no matter her size or shape to feel comfortable and confident in the clothes she’s wearing. Our customers are worth it! My favorite part of working with my customers is helping them identify their style and creating confidence within them to express themselves.
In the past 10 years, Allure is not only the locals go to for the perfect outfit or home decor piece but has become the prime shopping destination for areas near and far. Which I absolutely love! Our customer base has drastically increased through social media and our website. The clientele we have at Allure is our greatest blessing! My customers are loyal and have become very dear friends over the years. Some love the vibe and direction of Allure so much that they’ve become employees!
