Returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted within 30 days of receipt for full refund or store credit. Shipping charges for returns (original & return) are the customer's responsibility without the purchase of Redo.

Items that are marked down 50% or more off the original price are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

Yes. If a mistake is made when putting an address in when placing an order, please email info@allurewyoming.com as soon as possible and we will try to accomodate the request. Please note that if an address update request is submitted after 24 hours, the package may already be in transit.

Typically, we package and ship most orders within 24-48 hours of receipt. Orders should be received by customers usually within 2-5 business days barring inclement weather delays/other unforseen carrier delays. Please bear in mind, we are a small business located in a small town with limited staff. We know you are excited about your purchase and promise we will do our best to get it to you as fast as we can!
