Returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted within 30 days of receipt for full refund or store credit. Shipping charges for returns (original & return) are the customer's responsibility without the purchase of Redo. Items purchased at a discount of 50% or more and jewelry are final sale.

Yes. If a mistake is made when putting an address in when placing an order, please email info@allurewyoming.com as soon as possible and we will try to accomodate the request. Please note that if an address update request is submitted after 24 hours, the package may already be in transit.

Typically, we package and ship most orders within 1-3 business days. Orders should be received by customers usually within 5-8 business days barring inclement weather delays/other unforseen carrier delays. Please bear in mind, we are a small business located in a small town with limited staff.
